From the first day I walked into this dealership to collecting my lovely new car was a sheer delight. The customer service was second to none. I felt I was a valued customer and nothing was too much trouble. Because I was very unsure which car I really wanted I was guided through all options with no hard sales just lots of good information. Buying a new car can be quite daunting but my salesman Mitch Taylor soon put me at ease and was so very helpful.
This Sunday noon we visited the new showroom to see, try and order a new Volvo hybrid and to enquire about the charger unit at home. Unfortunately this was not to be! The female receptionist was excellent -pleasant, polite and efficient And asked us for a drink but the salesman John exactly the opposite. He said there was none to try, don’t know when it’ll be possible to try one and the delivery was February 2020. We wanted to discuss further but he didn’t offer us seat or chance to discuss in detail. However he printed for us some price charts and spec sheets. From the display cabinet in the showroom I wanted to buy Volvo brand leather case for my iPhoneX but it was the early model. John said I should be looking for these in the mobile phone shop. Will you have that in stock John at a later date? ‘No’ was his curt reply! No courteousness, no up-selling, no salesmanship. Dear Volvo - training & quality revision please. Thank you.
